It supplements our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Food supplements are hygiene-sensitive products; certain exclusions apply when seals are broken. Consumer rights overview
If you are a consumer purchasing online from the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 generally grant you fourteen days from delivery of goods to cancel the contract for convenience, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene once unsealed. Similar protections may apply to consumers in the EEA under local implementations of the Consumer Rights Directive; this policy describes our practical process for UK fulfilment unless we notify you otherwise at checkout.
Cooling-off period and exercise
To exercise a statutory cancellation right where available, send us a clear statement of your decision before the deadline, for example by email to talk@phivraxnkraxer.world with your order number. You may use optional templates suggested by consumer advice bodies, but plain language is sufficient. Timely dispatch of your message before midnight on the final day preserves your right even if we read the message later.
Sealed food supplements
EverVital products are sealed for safety. Where the seal is intact and the product remains in resaleable condition within the cooling-off window, you may return it for a refund of the product price and outbound standard delivery costs you paid, in line with applicable law. If you unseal the product because the inner packaging must be broken to consume it, hygiene exceptions may apply and we may decline a change-of-mind return while still honouring rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect shipments
If an item arrives damaged, missing components described on the label, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photographs of the outer carton, inner packaging, and batch details where visible. We will arrange a prepaid return, replacement, or refund including reasonable delivery charges you incurred, consistent with statutory rights that defective goods must be repaired, replaced, or refunded without undue delay.
How to start a return
Email talk@phivraxnkraxer.world with your order reference, reason for return, and whether you prefer refund or replacement. Approved returns receive a returns authorisation and address label or carrier instructions within three UK business days in ordinary circumstances. Do not send returns without authorisation, as unsolicited parcels may be delayed in matching to your account.
Refund timing and method
After we receive and inspect the return, we issue refunds to the original payment method within fourteen days as required by law in standard consumer cases. Banking institutions may add processing time before funds appear on your statement. If you used a gift card or store credit, we restore the balance instead of a cash refund unless regulations mandate otherwise.
Partial returns and bundles
Where you purchased a bundle at a discount, returning one component may require recalculation of the bundle price or forfeiture of promotional savings. We will explain the arithmetic before finalising the refund so you can decide whether to proceed.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, please also inform us so we can supply transaction records and tracking information cooperatively. Raising a chargeback without first allowing us to resolve the issue may delay legitimate refunds while the bank investigates.
