Parties and definitions

“We”, “us”, or “our” refers to Phivraxnkraxer.world operating the website and selling products described in listings. “You” or “your” refers to the individual or organisation using the site or placing an order. “Products” means EverVital food supplements and any bundled items expressly included in a product page at checkout. “Services” means website access, account tools if offered, and customer communications related to orders.

Eligibility and account integrity

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You warrant that information submitted during checkout or registration is accurate and kept current. We may suspend accounts or refuse transactions where we detect fraud indicators, export control issues, or breaches of these Terms. Business purchasers remain responsible for their authorised users.

Orders and acceptance

Listing a product is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order constitutes an offer which we may accept by sending a confirmation email or by dispatching products, whichever occurs first according to our internal procedures. We may decline orders affected by obvious pricing errors, stock shortages, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment capture, we will refund the payment method used unless a partial fulfilment arrangement is agreed.

Price, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise and include VAT at the applicable rate for UK consumers where relevant. Delivery charges appear before you pay. We use third-party payment processors; card data is handled under their certifications and is not stored in full on our servers. Failed authorisations may result in automatic cancellation of the pending order.

Where we display a “was” or list price alongside a promotional price, that reference price is our own previous selling price online for the same product where stated, or otherwise clearly explained on the product page. We do not use false urgency or misleading comparisons.

Shipping, delivery, and risk

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when goods are delivered to the address provided or to a nominated safe place where permitted by carrier terms. Inspect packages promptly and report damage with photographs within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy so we can arrange replacements or refunds where appropriate.

Product information and supplements

EverVital products are food supplements unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Website descriptions summarise label information and should not replace reading the physical pack. If you have medical questions, consult a qualified professional. Individual responses to supplements vary.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software on the site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written consent. You agree not to interfere with security, introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorisation, or use the site to distribute unsolicited bulk messages.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from site use or product consumption except where such loss is a foreseeable consequence of our breach. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Advertising and UK compliance

Our marketing and this website are intended to comply with the UK CAP Code, the Advertising Standards Authority’s guidance on food supplements, and applicable food law. We do not target children, do not make medicinal claims for food supplements, and do not guarantee specific results. Where we use third-party advertising platforms (for example Google Ads), their terms and policies also apply to creatives and landing pages we control.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory protections that allow consumers in other parts of the UK or EEA to bring claims in their home courts where applicable law requires.
